Aloo Mutter
Ingredients:
Method:
- Aloo - 100gms
- Peas - 50gms
- Tomatoes - 100gms
- Onions - 100gms
- Red chilly powder - 1tbsp
- Salt to taste.
- Curd-2tbsp.
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Ginger,garlic paste - 1tbsp
- Jeera- 1tsp
- Mustard seeds-1tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
- First heat oil in a pan.
- Add jeera,mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add ginger,garlic paste and onion paste.
- Fry it until it becomes golden brown.
- Then add tomato paste.
- Fry it until raw smell goes off.
- Add potatoes,green peas.
- Boil it for10-15 minutes.
- Now add red chilli powder,salt and garam masala powder.
- Add curd.
- Now close the pan with lid.
- Allow it to cook for 5minutes.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
