                               Aloo Mutter

Ingredients:


  • Aloo - 100gms
  •  Peas - 50gms
  •  Tomatoes - 100gms
  •  Onions - 100gms
  •   Red chilly powder - 1tbsp
  •   Salt to taste.
  •   Curd-2tbsp.
  •   Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  •   Oil - 3tbsp
  •   Ginger,garlic paste - 1tbsp
  •   Jeera- 1tsp
  •    Mustard seeds-1tsp
  •   Coriander leaves for garnishing.



Method:


  • First heat oil in a pan.
  • Add jeera,mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • Add ginger,garlic paste and onion paste.
  • Fry it until it becomes golden brown.
  • Then add tomato paste.
  • Fry it until raw smell goes off.
  • Add potatoes,green peas.
  • Boil it for10-15 minutes.
  • Now add red chilli powder,salt and garam masala powder.
  • Add curd.
  • Now close the pan with lid.
  • Allow it to cook for 5minutes.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice or chapathi.
