Beetroot And Carrot Aava Pachadi


Ingredients:


  • Grated Beetroot-2
  • Grated Carrot-1
  • Salt to taste.
  • Mustard powder-1tsp
  • Lemon Juice-As per ur taste.

        Seasoning:
  • Garlic-5 flakes.
  • Red chillies-3.
  • Turmeric powder-1/4tsp.
  • Mustard seeds-1tsp.
  • Jeera-1/2tsp.
  • Urad dal-1tsp.
  • Curry leaves-Few.


Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds,jeera,urad dal.Allow it to splutter.
  • Once spluttering starts add red chillies,curry leaves,crushed garlic.
  • Add turmeric powder.
  • Turn off the stove.
  • Add grated beetroot,grated carrot.
  • Add salt,mustard powder.Mix it properly.
  • Add lemon juice(2-3tsp).
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
