                                                 EGG MASALA

Ingredients:



  • Eggs -4 or 6.
  • Chopped Onions-2.
  • Chopped Tomatoes-2.
  • Ginger n Garlic paste-1/2tsp.
  •  Garam masala-1/2tsp.
  • Cumin seeds-1/4tsp.
  • Mustard seeds-1/4tsp.
  • Turmeric powder-pinch.
  • Red chilli powder-1tsp.
  •  Dhania powder-1tsp.
  •  Salt-to taste.
  •  Oil-2tsp.
  • Coriander leaves-Few.

  Preparation:
 

  •    First boil the eggs and remove the shell.
  •    Make slits on the egg using knife and keep them aside.
  •     Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.Once it  splutters,add cumin seeds ,turmeric powder,curry leaves.
  •     Add chopped onions.Then add ginger garlic paste,garam masala.Fry it for 2minutes or until onions turns to golden brown. 
  •   Then add tomatoes,fry it for a minute and add salt,red chilli powder,dhania powder.
  •    Fry it for 2 minutes.
  •    Finally add boiled eggs and cook it for 10 minutes.
  •   Garnish with coriander leaves.
