EGG MASALA

- Eggs -4 or 6.
- Chopped Onions-2.
- Chopped Tomatoes-2.
- Ginger n Garlic paste-1/2tsp.
- Garam masala-1/2tsp.
- Cumin seeds-1/4tsp.
- Mustard seeds-1/4tsp.
- Turmeric powder-pinch.
- Red chilli powder-1tsp.
- Dhania powder-1tsp.
- Salt-to taste.
- Oil-2tsp.
- Coriander leaves-Few.
Preparation:
- First boil the eggs and remove the shell.
- Make slits on the egg using knife and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.Once it splutters,add cumin seeds ,turmeric powder,curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions.Then add ginger garlic paste,garam masala.Fry it for 2minutes or until onions turns to golden brown.
- Then add tomatoes,fry it for a minute and add salt,red chilli powder,dhania powder.
- Fry it for 2 minutes.
- Finally add boiled eggs and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
