CABBAGE CURRY:

- Finely chopped cabbage- 1 cup.
- Grated coconut-2tsp.
- Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp.
- Jeera-1/4tsp.
- Oil-1tbsp.
- Urad dal-1tsp.
- Channa dal-1tsp.
- Red chilli powder-1tsp.
- Curry leaves-Few.
- Coriander leaves-few.
- Turmeric powder-pinch.
- Chopped potatoes-1/2 cup.
- Salt-To taste.
- Dhania powder-1tsp.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when they crackle add jeera, turmeric, urad dal and channa dal and fry for a minute.
- Add curry leaves.
- Add chopped potatoes.Once it becomes tender,add chopped cabbage.Cook it for 10minutes.
- Add little amount of water if necessary.
- Add salt,coconut powder,dhania powder and red chilli powder.Stir well.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with plain rice or chapathi.
