                                                             ALOO FRY

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes-1/4kg.
  • Oil-For deep fry.
  • Roasted gram dal/putnalu-3/4cup.
  • Coconut powder-2tsp.
  • Jeera-1/4tsp.
  • Garlic cloves-2.
  • Salt-To taste.
  • Red chilli powder-1tsp.

Method:

  • Boil potatoes.Peel off the skin.Chop them into cubes and deep fry it in oil.Keep aside.
  • Prepare masala powder with putnalu/roasted gram dal,coconut powder,jeera,garlic cloves,salt and red chilli powder.
  • Heat 2tsps of oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.Once it starts splutter,add potatoes and masala powder.
  • Cook it for 3 minutes.
