                                             MAMIDIKAYA ,VELLULLI PACHADI


Ingredients:
  • Chopped Mango-2cups.
  • Garlic-1/4cup.
  • Green mirchi-6.
  • Jeera-2tsp.
  • Curry leaves-Few.
  • Mustard seeds-1tsp.
  • Urad dal-1tsp.
  • Turmeric powder-1/4tsp.
  • Oil-2tbsp.
  • Salt-to taste.
  • Red chillies-3.
  • Coriander leaves-For garnishing.
Method:
  • Make paste with green mirchi,garlic and jeera.
  • Add chopped mango and grind it again.
  • Take that  mixture in a bowl.
  • Make seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,red chillies and curry leaves.
  • And add that seasoning to that prepared mixture.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice and chapathi.
