Badam Halwa

- Badam/Almonds-1cup.
- Sugar-1cup.
- Milk-1cup.
- Ghee-1/2 cup.
Method:
- Soak Almonds in water for 2 or 3 hours.
- Remove the outer skin and grind to a paste by adding little amount of milk.
- Then take a pan.
- Add ghee.heat it.
- Add the almonds paste,sugar, milk and cook it.
- Stir continuously on low heat until it reduces it's quantity or stir till it thickens.
