                     Badam Halwa


       Ingredients:


  • Badam/Almonds-1cup.
  • Sugar-1cup.
  • Milk-1cup.
  • Ghee-1/2 cup.
   
      Method:

  •  Soak Almonds in water for 2 or  3 hours.
  •  Remove the outer skin and grind to a paste by adding little amount of milk.
  •  Then take a pan.
  •   Add ghee.heat it.
  •   Add the almonds paste,sugar, milk and cook it.
  •   Stir continuously on low heat until it reduces it's quantity or stir till it thickens.
