Majjiga Pulusu/Charu

- Sour Curd-1cup.
- Chopped Onion-1(medium size).
- Chopped Tomato-1.
- Chopped Green chillies-2.
- Garlic flakes sliced-4.
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp.
- Cumin seeds-1/2tsp.
- Oil-2tsp.
- Curry leaves-Few.
- Salt -To taste.
- Turmeric powder-Pinch.
Method:
- Take Curd in a bowl.If it is thick consistency,add water to make it to your desired consistency.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Then add chopped onions,Chopped tomatoes and chopped green chillies.Keep it aside.
- Take a pan.Heat oil in that pan.
- Add mustard seeds and jeera.Let the mustard seeds splutter.
- Add turmeric powder ,garlic and add curry leaves.
- Then add this seasoning to the prepared majjiga /butter milk.
- Mix well and serve with rice.
