                                           Majjiga Pulusu/Charu


          
        Ingredients:
      

  •      Sour Curd-1cup.
  •      Chopped Onion-1(medium size).
  •      Chopped Tomato-1.
  •     Chopped Green chillies-2.
  •      Garlic flakes sliced-4.
  •     Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp.
  •     Cumin seeds-1/2tsp.
  •     Oil-2tsp.
  •    Curry leaves-Few.
  •     Salt -To taste.
  •     Turmeric powder-Pinch.         


      Method:

  •      Take Curd in a bowl.If  it is thick consistency,add water to make it to your desired consistency.
  •       Add salt and mix well.
  •       Then add chopped onions,Chopped tomatoes and chopped green chillies.Keep it aside.
  •       Take a pan.Heat oil in that pan.
  •       Add mustard seeds and jeera.Let the mustard seeds splutter.
  •       Add turmeric powder ,garlic and add curry leaves.
  •       Then add this seasoning to the prepared majjiga /butter milk.
  •       Mix well and serve with rice.
