                                             Egg Pulusu


           Ingredients:    

  •      Chopped Onions -2.
  •      Tamarind juice-1/2cup.(Lemon size.)
  •       Boiled eggs-6.
  •       Salt-to taste.
  •       Curry leaves -Few.
  •       Red chilli powder-1tsp.
  •       Sugar-little amount or 1/2 tsp.
  •       Methi powder-Pinch.
  •        Dhania powder-1tsp.
  •        Garam Masala-1/2tsp.  
  •         Coriander leaves-For garnishing. 
        Method:
     
  •        Heat oil in a pan.
  •        Add chopped onions.
  •        Once it turns to golden brown,Add  curry leaves and Tamarind juice.
  •        Add boiled eggs(Make small slits on the sides of the eggs before  adding them .It allows the gravy    to seep in.)          
  •        Add salt and red chilli powder.
  •        Add sugar.
  •        Add dhania powder.
  •        Add Garam masala.    
  •        Allow it to cook for 15minutes.
  •        Finally add methi powder.
  •        Garnish with coriander leaves. 
  • (Seasoning is not required for this recipe and spices should be added immediately one after other and allow eggs to cook along with the spices.)
