Egg Pulusu

- Chopped Onions -2.
- Tamarind juice-1/2cup.(Lemon size.)
- Boiled eggs-6.
- Salt-to taste.
- Curry leaves -Few.
- Red chilli powder-1tsp.
- Sugar-little amount or 1/2 tsp.
- Methi powder-Pinch.
- Dhania powder-1tsp.
- Garam Masala-1/2tsp.
- Coriander leaves-For garnishing.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions.
- Once it turns to golden brown,Add curry leaves and Tamarind juice.
- Add boiled eggs(Make small slits on the sides of the eggs before adding them .It allows the gravy to seep in.)
- Add salt and red chilli powder.
- Add sugar.
- Add dhania powder.
- Add Garam masala.
- Allow it to cook for 15minutes.
- Finally add methi powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- (Seasoning is not required for this recipe and spices should be added immediately one after other and allow eggs to cook along with the spices.)
