METHI BADILU
Ingredients:
- Methi / Fenugreek leaves-2bunches.
- Besan/Chana dal-1cup.
- Red chilli powder-1tsp.
- Salt-1tsp.
- Onion-1 big size(Cut into lengthwise).
- Coconut powder-1tsp.
- Dhania powder-1tsp.
- Coriander leaves-Few.
- Wash and drain methi leaves.
- Take a bowl and add methi leaves,besan,salt and red chilli powder one after other.
- Mix the ingredients to prepare dough.
- Dough should be very soft.
- Make small balls with that dough and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.Let it splutter.
- Add jeera and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onions and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add methi balls.Close the lid.Cook it on a low flame for 5minutes.
- Open the lid and stir it well for 5 minutes or until it is cooked.
- Add coconut powder and dhania powder.Mix it.
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
