BUTTER NAAN

- All purpose flour/Maida-1/2kg.
- Bread slices-200gms.
- Salt-to taste.
- Butter.
- Take a bowl.
- Add the ingredients.(Maida,bread,salt).
- Before adding bread,remove the brown edges.
- Knead it with enough milk until you get a very soft dough.Then cover it with a lid or damp cloth.
- Let it ferment overnight.
- Knead the dough and divide into small portions.Make balls and flatten it.
- Roll each portion into triangle shape.Don't make it too thin.
- Heat an iron griddle.Transfer the naan onto the griddle.
- Brush the naan with butter.(Apply butter to the both sides).
- Cook it until brownish spots appear.
- Serve hot with chana curry.
