PAPER DOSA

- Urad dal-1 cup.
- Raw rice-2 cups.
- Chana dal-1tbsp.
- Salt-To taste.
- Oil-For cooking.
- Wash and soak urad dal,chana dal and raw rice for about 4-6hours.
- Drain it and add salt,.
- Grind it with enough water to get a smooth batter.
- Transfer the batter to a big vessel and allow it to ferment overnight.Next day you can prepare dosas.
- Heat a non-stick tava.
- Grease it lightly with oil.When it is hot,pour a spoon/laddle full of batter and spread it thoroughly to make a paper thin dosa.
- Cook on one side ,pouring a little oil along the edges.
- When it is crisp,make a roll and serve hot with chutney or sambhar or aloo masala.
